David A. Buck
David A. Buck is the founding attorney of Buck Law Group, P.A., with over 30 years of experience exclusively in estate planning and estate administration in the State of Florida. He has guided thousands of Florida families through the complexities of wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection.
Mr. Buck is committed to providing each client with personalized, attentive legal counsel. He believes that every family deserves a thoughtful estate plan — one that reflects their unique values, protects their assets, and provides peace of mind for generations to come.
He maintains offices in both Spring Hill and Key West, serving clients throughout Hernando County, Monroe County, and the surrounding areas.

Shay graduated from Pasco-Hernando State College in 2009 with her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and her Associate in Arts Degree, and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Supervision and Management from the College of the Florida Keys in June 2020. Shay also recently qualified for the Florida Bar's Florida Registered Paralegal program. Shay started law school in 2022 and attended St. Edmund Hall as part of Oxford University in Oxford, England. Shay graduated law school in 2025. She joined the firm in 2009 and is a commissioned Notary Public.
Tiffany Jeffcoat

Tiffany joined the firm in February of 2020 and is enjoying her time gaining experience in the legal field. In September of 2022 she was promoted to Assistant Office Manager. Tiffany is also a commissioned Notary Public and licensed Cosmetologist.

Elizabeth Marzan

Liz is an accomplished paralegal with over 20 years of experience in case management, legal drafting, client communication, and document preparation. She is proficient in assisting with estate, probate, and will-related matters, demonstrating a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a client-centered approach. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is a commissioned Notary Public.

Joy Padro is a dedicated member of the Buck Law Group team who earned her associate's degree in criminology from Pasco-Hernando State College and is currently pursuing a psychology degree at the University of South Florida. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing her to effectively connect with a diverse range of clients. Joy is committed to her work, supporting both clients and attorneys across office locations while contributing to the firm's high-quality, responsive legal services.
